libglib3.0-cil-dev software package provides CLI binding for the GLib utility library 2.12, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglib3.0-cil-dev
libglib3.0-cil-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglib3.0-cil-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglib3.0-cil-dev *
You will get with libglib3.0-cil-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
